GSI is looking for players! [Second team will be made!]

GG Surrender INC is recruiting! This is a serious team looking to climb the ranks with players who are looking for a competitive environment! There will be tryouts for all players who apply. I say this because not only will there be a Main team but there will also be a Sister team I plan on having as well to scrim with. I will be managing both teams at the start, but I eventually plan on also finding someone to help me manage the second team. There is no set practice times at the moment right now they will be made official after talking with all players.

NOTE!: This will not be based only on ranked more so it will be if you work well with each other. I believe that even though you can have skill if your constantly disagreeing with calls making bad decisions, and overall not working with the other players you will get cut. Also even if you don't make the team plan on still being used in the future should this happen. I also plan on only doing ranked with the team for practice. As I feel it's better to play vs other premade 5's in ranked since it gets harder the more you climb and overall less troll games as well.

I expect us to suck at first as teams always do until we learn how we play so until were like months in and were still sucking then at that time will be when I consider cuts. Aside from this I hope we all enjoy playing with each other and kick ass while playing!

Things I'm looking for:

• Be able to take constructive criticism To many people take things almost to serious. I understand for people that weren't taught correctly at the start will have a hard time changing. But at least consider what we may suggest. Don't get mad or retaliate over just a suggestion someone gave. We all make mistakes even I still do we'll improve together!

• At least 2 seasons experience This may sound dumb to most but the more experience you have means the more knowledge you have of the game. Things like how certain matchups play out or your strengths and weaknesses as a player become a little more clear with more gameplay.

• Work well with others! This will be the most important of them all! It's crucial that we work well with each other and have fun. If were not working well with each other prolly means we just don't work. Would rather have players that work well rather than players who are constantly complaining and yelling. Will make it more enjoyable to play and even if we make mistakes we'll understand were going were going to improve.

Again even if you don't make the main team you'll more than likely make the sister team then cause like I said earlier. I plan on having 2 teams not only to scrim against but will give us a bit of a rival to compete with. :]

Note!: when it comes to applying for Assistant coach or analyst I will be looking for at least 3 seasons experience rather than 2.
