Looking to Create a Ranked Team

I am a bronze one, judge me as you will, don't do so based on my match history, as I play with a friend of mine who is terrible but my real life friend so I keep losing with him :P Anyways, I'm not asking for much; I would just like to create a team in which I can rely on the other 4 players to just hold their own and not feed. Let me know what positions you play. I play all of them, but mainly Adc, Supp, and Jungle. Your rank should be anywhere from bronze 3-Silver 1. Favorite Champs:

I play any adc but urgot and ashe ( I can play ashe I just think she sucks for the most part). Jungle I play Vi, Wukong, Rammus, Maokai, J4, Shyvana, just depends. I have a huge champ pool. I own every champion and have games with all of them.

I'm Silver 3, I main Mid and Support. Mid I usually play Lissandra and Ziggs, Support I usually play Thresh and Nami. Definitely down to queue ranked sometime
