PLEASE HELP ME TO CLIMB

i am a very good and skilled midlaner and toplaner , my basic champs are at mid and at top , usually when i finish a game with fizz my score is 35\6 and with irelia 20\7, but there is one problem, i am BRONZE 2 :((((( , so the thing is that i have the skills that a silver3 player has but i can not climb, cause i always play with noobs and if someone say to the chat ,"if you had the skills you could hard carry 1v9" , but no i can not, so for this reason is that i need a duo partener , i would prefer him to be silver, so i climb faster, and no this is not a post which i am searching for a free elo boosted , i am searching for a partener to carry with :), and also solo is too boring xD
