Would Like Help Getting Into Gold 5

I'm Silver 2 at 65 lp, I have been in my Silver 1 promos to Gold 5, but lost do to an afker and some toxicity...feeders. I understand that some games are my fault. But, after losing those promos I really began to slump and fell into Silver 2 at 0lp. I'm climbing back up, but would appreciate help from anyone, whether general advice or wanting to play ranked with me. I've just always wanted to get to gold and I only have a few more weeks to do it before college, if you would not mind helping me reaching gold 5 that would be great.
