TEAMSPEAK TEAM LOOKING FOR LIKE MINDED PLAYERS(PLEASE READ DISCRIPTION!!)

Hi Guys We are looking for Like minded players to join us for some team play, please be advised were not looking for a bunch of High ranked players to join and tell us how to play, though we are just only hitting level 30, I have been watching the game for a couple years and know more ins and outs then most players who have been playing as long. We are looking for players not just wanting to play but ones willing to play patient, Smart, and as a team. So far in my experience most players do not lane swap or even know what it is. I am not rude, nor pushy when coaching/Leading, so if you are like minded and willing to learn team dynamics with similar players then were looking for you! Please be at least close to level 30 or someone who levels fast. Also don't mind if you're are ranked but like I said earlier, not looking for anyone who thinks they know more then any of us coming into the team. Eventually we will be moving onto Ranked team. We are looking for a total of 10 Player's, though the top 5 on at the time will be the core team. and will use the other 5 for subs and practicing. And no core spot is permanent. If you show/Play well when we practice you can take the core spot for the as long as you can hold it.
