Need Top/Jung for Ongoing cash prize tournament

We are all ex-high diamond players who wanted to team again after a few years. Most of us are mid-high plat currently and need a top laner and possibly a jungler to round out our team for this thing. Pref you to be plat+ but high gold would be ok.
