Long time player looking for serious team

Been playing since season 2, was playing for a team for 7+ mo, but it recently disbanded.

Not anything super special, can play mid and adc decently, but lean more towards supp.

Willingness to learn and improve synergy, don't even care if i'm a fill, just want to be on a team that's serious about scheduled practices and improvement and punishments/kicks for ppl who dont like showing up or wasting the team's time.

Great communicating on build path, mana%, MIAs, enemy warding, etc. No problems following shot-callers. I make an effort in keeping moral up and trying to keep ego out of the game for team. Macrogame and microgame i think i have decent knowledge, could always improve tho.
