silver 1 supp looking for a adc to duo bot in ranked solo/duo

Hi s1 ADC just started playing ranked again and trying to at least hit gold before the season ends. Champs: Trist, kalista, xayah and kog but I have played most adcs before I am fine with receiving feedback about what I am doing wrong as long as it's not flaming because how else am I suppose to get better.
