Team Perplexity League of Legends - North America - Team Recruitment

Hello everybody, this is Storm here, the General Manager of Team Perplexity looking to recruit players for our team. We have support staff ready to help the team in any way that they can.

In order to help our staff choose the best applicants, we have a form that all applicants must fill out before we can start try-outs. Please take your time with the application as it helps our support staff create the team in such a way that better suits the player's needs.
