For the Love of God someone teach me how to play!

I'm at the end of my rope here... I'm 24 years old , I've been playing since I was 17 I have 2816 games played (not including ARAM, or the Ranked games of Seasons: 5,4, & 3) and I have yet to make it to Gold. I'm hoping/Praying someone with higher elo experience could Teach me how to play better. IF YOU WANT TO HELP: add me and voice call (skype/curse) and teach me.
