Serious Ranked 5s team looking to play tourneys and try to get better

Hi I'm looking to build a ranked 5s team to play tourneys I would like gold 5 and up also I will not be playing in the games unless the team wants me sub In. while I'm sub i will be a coach or analyst for the team and try to help out as much as i can. I want this team to improve day in and day out and trying to climb the ladder. React well to suggestions and feed back Weaknesses: Playing from behind, tilt Im on EST 4-8ish on week days and weekends any time I know im not gold but im close and im willing to work hard to get where you need me to be and i might work for you in a pinch.

IGN: OLG Filthy Role: Support Rank: Bronze 3 (But I have a lot of experience, I am also looked as a high silver player. My ranking says silver 5, because of past ranked teams.) AGE: 17 Strengths: I am a player that does not like losing, so I will always improve. I have been playing this game for about 2 years now, so my experience is pretty high. I also like talking and keep communications going. I can shot call from the support position if needed. I also am loud and give positive-feedback, so people can hear me if I shot call, and I never down anyone. I also can play most supports well.

Schedule: I am in high school, and I am in eastern time zone. So I am on around 4 PM EST throughout the day normally. So 4-12 AM EST. I am on a LOT!!!

I also know I am not a gold, but if you ever needed a coach I can do that. I have coached teams through tournaments int he past. Plat/gold teams. I have a niche for that kind of stuff. I am ready to get back on that rocker, and win in the support position. So please give me a shot. I will try not to disappoint.
