Looking for Skilled Mid and ADC for Plat+ Team (Plat 3 + pref) Tryouts tonight and tomorrow

What's up guys? My name is Raykin, I've been playing games for my whole life and I've been playing league for 3 years off and on! My main focus at this point is to start a brand new and fresh team of talent now that I'm in Diamond Qualification getting ready for season 5!

WHAT IM LOOKING FOR I'm looking for passionate players(Mid/ADC) who are willing to show up to practice or give advance notice if they cannot make it, do what they need to do, and leave with a smile on their face. The game is frusterating, your teamates will be frusterating, but I need solid and respectful players that are willing to overlook differences and think before they blurt out uneccesary things. You must be willing to talk and speak efficiently. I think Platinum or Diamond is easily achievable by the end of this season for all 5 solo que ranks and a team rank as well. KEY POINTS -A solo que rank of atleast Plat 3+ (Nothing less) -Previous Team experience -Knowledge of atleast 5 different champions for your role -Availability for 3-4 hours anywhere between 7pm PST-1am PST -Availability for 3-4 days a week minimum -Your level of commitment to a league team on a scale of 1-10

For the next step I'll be interviewing you all each individually and looking for all these key points in the interview, We will be using skype for the interview so please download if you haven't already. Please be ready to try out and please don't make me wait for you to get out of game! I will let you know if you can do a game or not!

Strengths: Lane aggression, Team fight positioning and rotations are my top three. Obviously I can work on more; the biggest thing I can work on is knowing when to farm a lane or be with my team. I have only done ranked 5s with my IRL friends, and it's not very often, so solo queue is where I have most of my exp. Shot calling experience (Please be truthful): who doesn't like to think they are shot callers in solo? other than that not much as I play adc and worry more about my positioning than making calls.

Connection/Computer Reliability: Great computer, always a flat 60 fps, ping can jump up a bit sometimes but it doesn't hinder my play too much since I'm used to it

Current Rank & Division: Plat 4 <-- I realize it's less than plat 3, and I can't prove it you'll just have to believe me, but I was in plat 2, I just couldn't pull out wins and got demoted a few times.

Total Champions for the role: Orianna, Ziggs, Azir, Zed, Xerath, Kassadin and basically whatever the team needs me to play.

Strengths: CONFIDENCE. Lane dominance, roaming on certain champs (ex, i wouldn't roam as much on Kayle or Orianna as I would Nidalee, Zed, Kassadin etc.)

Shot calling experience (Please be truthful): I've been on several teams for "organizations" like Have an Impact and Infernal Gaming, but we mainly left the shot calling role to jungler, so no I don't have much experience but I could always learn and practice if required.
