Creating Bronze I + Team to break through Elo hell

My name is Suddenly Stoked and I am looking to create a team for a group of individuals to play ranked 5's and some ARAM when bored. Solo q'ing is hell for most and i'd like to fix that. I plan on playing on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays all in the evening (Central Time 7PM). Requirements: Must be a engaged player and knows how to work WITH a team. Must understand the importance of wards/pings/shotcalling/etc. Must be willing to play a few times a week!

I am by no means a platinum player, but I have a pretty comprehensive knowledge of the game and would like to create a team that can truly come together and break into the new tiers and start S6 strong!
