Need a team to start at unranked

I would like to make a standard team to get at least to platinum. We will practice and play ranked. Everyone will master their standard position for ranked. We will discuss play times and time zones if we have a team. Add Sanjiv99 on NA server. I don't want any toxic players and want to have a fun time.
