LF high Plat+ top laner for ranked 5v5

Looking for someone who plays around 8-11 PM EST. Currently we arent really playing ranked ladder. We are currently just getting to know eachother in normals in order to build synergy. We place high priority on synergy and being chill with eachother so that criticisms won't be taken as personally. We believe that criticism is crucial to improvement. We are not looking to have a large team with subs. We would highly prefer having 5 people and sticking with those 5 for an extended amount of time.
