Planning on opening a Gaming Community!

Hi everybody,

My name is Wayne. I'm planning on opening a League Of Legends (may be other games in the future) eSport Community and I need a team to moderate the community. I'm currently working on the website and the forum. After I'm done with the website, forum and TeamSpeak, I will try to host both free League Tournaments and Cash League Tournaments in the North America Region. By the way, I'm a graphic designer so I will take care all the designs of the website and forum, just need moderators :)

If you're interested, add my IGN: Toxic 5.

Currently needed positions:

Tournament Mods: 5 slots.

Forum Mods: don't know how many I will need yet.

TeamSpeak Mods: 2-3 slots.

You will probably work for free right now as a passion and fun way to grow the community. But I will open a donation system and cash tournament system as soon as possible so you guys won't have to sweat your butt off for nothing. Passion is important here. I'm new to this kind of things but if you think that I should add more positions, feel free to suggest them below.

P/S: still haven't decided the name for the community yet, suggest them below too :)

With moderators, I just take care the system. That's why I need someone to moderates the tournaments. I speak broken English cause I'm not from here :P

If you can not communicate you have no chance. For some crazy you find people who want to help you,Your moderators will over throw you when they have the chance and make their own community

You really can't over throw the person that has the power to shutdown the website, forum, teamspeak server I think. I still can communicate with them in chat, may be talking. But that isn't the most important part. The webmaster is controlling stuff, they do their job as mods. Like I said, may be I'm just not comfortable to speak at first, but I probably will if we know each other for a bit longer. The important thing here is you do your job right. Moderators represent me to moderate the community, they can't replace me is what I'm saying. You may be misunderstand that I won't speak to the mods. Of course I will speak to them, just not the community like when you're explaining rules to the members.

I'm trying to find good people, not a bunch of thief or anything like that. Good relationship with your team is important.

There will always be a bad apple out of a bunch If your members don't know you then there is no reason for them to stay
