As title says, I am looking to help some people out with their ad game. I have been playing for about 2 years now and when i started i was bronze 4. Now i am plat 5, that being said I have been in your shoes (talking to low elo ad mains) and i am here to try to help you get out of that rut. I can watch gameplay and examine op.ggs to help with various issues you all might be having. Here is my op.gg

add me in game to talk or link op.gg's here with questions etc..

Main: Support Wanted to Main (but someone always took it >__>): Mid.

About adc (jungle and top), I try to learn from time to time it by myself. But I tend to get frustrated when I'm behind (probably because that's not my "comfort area"). So I just go back to Support / Mid thing.

your CS seems to be fine, however looking at your op.gg right away before watching your play i thought to myself "he dies too much". As an adc you should prioritize not dying, if that means you have to give up some things here and there that would otherwise cause you to overstay an die then do it. one problem I see is sticking around the fight too long just trying to get some extra damage in, give that up in trade for your life, you will live to dps another day. Also you need to work on your positioning... I was just watching your Lucian game and your positioning is very greedy and is causing you to take unnecessary poke / skillshots (ashe arrow, lb chain, nocturne ulti / silence). Just focus on not dying and your positioning, both in lane and in team fights.

My main ADC is Kog'Maw KogMaw I really like his late game potential, but I find I struggle in the laning phase with him. Any tips? And what items would you recommend for him?

I actually never play kog'maw, however i still understand him and how to win with him. Kog has certain win conditions, one being team comp and another being time in game. like you said kog has late game potential and once you get to a certain point in the game he almost feels unstoppable. Your team comp has to be right for him as well, there needs to be enough protection to peel for him, aka protect the kog maw comp. Things i could recommend would honestly be in lane, letting the minions do all the work and just strictly last hitting. Kog needs peel and protection to fully powerup and become effective. He needs to play passive until his first major powerspike which can come from having 6 and pref a guinsoos / runaans. With smooth enough mechanics all you should need is guinsoos but i recommend playing aggressively once you have those two items. Use this page as a reference for what should be on kog:
