Looking for duo partners(Diamond 5)

Just a typical top laner ,who reached diamond 5 and somehow can t get higher cause of tilt,hardstuck d5 players etc. Honestly I m trying to get rid of flaming and wanna duo with smb ,communicating in skype. Also interested in speaking enlgish(cause it s not my native language) If we find each other and gonna be able to earn elo then why shouldn't we try?:3 Peace to everyone
