Top Laner LF team D2+

Looking for a serious team to climb high next season (in like 2 days or w/e). Main top lane since s1 and have a good champ pool and understanding of the game. Highest I have peaked is D1 70lp before masters came out and you would gain 3-5 lp a game so if you're a D1/masters team you can take a chance on me.
