LFT for Ranked 5's Silver/Gold Player

Hi, I'm looking to join a ranked 5's team looking to place platinum rank or higher. IGN: Exulvos S4 Rank: Gold 5, W:135 L:114, 54.2% Win Ratio S5 Rank: Silver 2, W:67 L:46, 59.3% Win Ratio

Main Role: ADC Secondary Role(s):Top, Jungle, Mid, Support Strengths: Extensive Game Knowledge, Shot Calling Capability, Aggressive and Passive, Large Champion Pool (I own every champion, and I can play effectively ALL of them.), Flexible as a Player, High Mechanical Skill. Weaknesses: Early game and laning is my weakest point in the game. Age: 16 I have skype and curse voice, no teamspeak. Timezone: EST Availability: 4-6pm, 8-10pm, Monday-Thursday. 4 pm - 1 am, Friday. 6 pm - 1 am Saturday. 6-9 pm Sunday. I can handle criticism and considering I basically study LoL, I can give criticism as well. I'm applying to this team to Win. Having fun isn't a problem for me as long as we finish the game with a W. I'm willing to do what it takes to assist this team. I want to join the team because I was basically a 6th member on my old Ranked 5's team and I don't have others to play with. I don't like to play by myself so I want to join a team so that I may keep my self active on league. I can offer in game knowledge, out of game knowledge and immense skill.
