LF Diamond+ Top lane main for team

Looking to do tryouts as soon as 7-9 est tonight. This will be a scrim/tournament team with focus mainly on individual progress and practicing coordinated play. I'm interested in individuals that don't have issues with constructive criticism/expanding champ pool/positive mentality, etc.
