New Coach looking for a team to get experience from.

Hey, I'm looking for a team to gain some experience off from being a coach. I will coach your team etc for free, give all your players personal feedback on each game they play (As a team, unless they send me footage of them in solo Q or something)

Requirements:

• Must have a serious team that's read to play or already playing
• Take me seriously and respond to all feed back professionally - I don't mind jokes but when I put my time into something I don't enjoy it being ignored.
• That your team is willing to go some where and actually want feed back.
• Active team (Plays at least once or twice a week)
• Be able to have all players there for an hour each week for a weekly team meeting.
