LF 3s or 5s team

Took a break most of this season, coming back and looking for either 3s or 5s. My last rank was Silver 2 last season.

A bit about me: I want a relaxed team I own all champs other than Tahm Kench Prefer mid for 5s but open to support/jungle No preference for 3s I do not play solo queue (boring prefer teams)

Availability Tues-Fri evenings, saturday mornings. Would like twice a week on two consistent days.
