Blind Pick or Draft ?

Most recently joined back playing League, started a couple years ago. Now I've been to Silver 1 just supporting.. Watching pro league matches and observing high caliber twitch streamers to get better.. To finish leveling my account to 30 since I cant remember my Silver 1 account PW.. or email..lol don't ask. Should I focus playing Blind Pick or Draft to better hone my skills all around..
