LFG Bronze/Silver

Hey guys, this is my second season of ranked and I am miserably stuck in Bronze, falling down the ladder in every game due to AFK, DC, and uncooperative people that feed at 4 minutes in. I am looking for serious people to play with because I want to get in to better games, where my skill is challenged and I'm not hindered by technical things. I am looking to start or join a team, maybe duo with someone in the spare time.

I main mid and support or , but can also jungle , and have been working on my adc or . I do not top yet, as I'm trying to maintain the roles I am strong in and slowly work on other ones in my spare time. I live in US Arizona timezone and am usually free most evenings, definitely open on the weekends. I have Teamspeak installed.
