LF a Community. Small Enough to be Personal, Big Enough to Have Things Going on Daily

Title basically says it all. There are too many communities out there for me to look at, all offering different things.

I want a community that doesn't tolerate much toxicity. Has fun and competitive options. And with few or no restrictions to join. For example, I'm perfectly fine with playing with Bronze/Silver people. (I was plat 4 last season, in case that matters)

I want something small enough so that I pretty much know everyone, but I want there to be enough people so that I can hop on and play. If you know of a community like that, or are recruiting for one, just drop a comment telling me where to go.
