Looking to start a team

I'm looking to start a team that's serious about winning and wants to learn from and get better with each other. This team will only be playing ranked 5s. My level of skill in each role is as follows Mid>Jungle>Top>Adc>Support. Please message me on here or in game (IGN: BAWUSSS) if you are absolutely serious about making a dedication to this team. My highest rank is silver 3 but currently my rank is Bronze 5 (although i dont think that is very telling of my skill). [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

You should probably add more information such as: Your rank, IGN, preferred roles, etc. Also include if you are playing strictly norms, looking to climb the ranked 5s ladder, or actually intending to go pro. Becoming a better team can mean anything to anyone. Don't take any of this as condescending, just trying to offer some advice to someone looking to start a team.
