Silver 2 Support Main looking for an ADC preferrably within the Silver 1-Gold 3 range

As a support main i've climbed out of bronze 4 to silver 2 but I can't seem to climb any higher than I have now. I was recently demoted to silver 3 and am slowly declining. I can't rely on my carries to be smart anymore, so i'm looking for one I can rely on.

I own every support and am skilled with all of them, but my best in descending order is Blitzcrank, Thresh, Bard, Leona, and Janna.
