New Discord

I've been working on an experimental discord for the past week or so that allows people to create their own categories (I like to call them "communities") within the server about any topic. People within a community can request for the addition or the removal of a text/voice channel for a topic, and some can even be moderators of that community to make things easier. Currently, the only one is about Gaming (League included), but I hope to make it a better discord server as time passes.
