Looking for a Gold+ Top laner for a new but serious team

As title says i am looking for a top laner for our team you must have a headset with skype or teamspeak and be able to play regularly, every day preferred to help synergy within the team to grow and win games. This is a new team so please remember to give it time to grow once the roster is complete and everyone is on we will immediately start practicing hopefully every day.
