Gold 3 mid/jg looking for serious ranked team/dynamic Q team

Hello,I have been playing league since season 1 and last season i got to Plat 5 at my highest rank, although i played very little ranked and didnt climb any higher. This season, i have only played league with friends and as such i havent really taken the game seriously like i have in the past. I want to play on a team that consistently looks to improve play and become a better team. I have lots of previous team experiences and i can play very well with a team behind me. I am in the time zone EST, can practice any day of the week , but only after 7 pm on Tues and Thurs i have discord and curse voice, aswell as teamspeak. i would love to play on a serious team so please feel free to either leave a message on this post or add me in game, thanks :)
