LF duo partner (Gold)

I am looking for a Duo partner to play ranked games with to try and climb out of gold before the end of the season. I was able to make it to gold 1 by myself but have since run into an endless run of Trolls, Afks, and just really unskilled players. Which decayed me down to gold 4.
