10-1 Team looking for a good coach

Hello, my team, "Waterhorse" is a group plat players who are looking to get the team to diamond. We just skipped from silver 4 to silver 2 today and we're 10-1 atm. We need a high elo couch who is full of knowledge and knows how to keep the team atmosphere friendly. For a couch, im looking for someone who asks every player their comfort picks and how the lane/jungle goes for each champion and then build a comp around the champions listed. Anyways im looking for diamond or so rank.

IGN: Rank: Coaching experience: Curse voice: Time zone: Time on league every day: Ability to do vod reviews(will be sent to by me where you just need to copy and paste the code into a command prompt):

And lastly, if any player is not confortable with the champion they are assigned with for the game, please ask them to practice that champion and we'll try to work with their needs. Thanks, Dobby Knows
