LF Serious Ranked 5 Team

I am 23 years old I have an open schedule. Looking for a mature team (16+), no rage, no flame, and no blame. Currently Silver 4, and I don't plan on playing SOLO Q. I've been in a few plat teams, but they raged 24/7 and blame everyone for everything. Not the kind of group I want to be in.
