Smurf Account (Leveling, and future ranked)

I am gold 4 on euw right now, used to be gold 1. Made an acc on NA cause i live here.. I am looking for people to level up with and to play ranked with in the near future (Leveling part, anyone can join me. As for the ranked gold + smurf accs or just regular accs). I have days exp boost and the wins. Currently level 16.I am maine adc (Vayne), i can also play mid. I can play other stuff, but i can't afford buying champions right now so i'll be limited to only a couple. these are what i am comfortable with.
