Gold Elo Midlane looking for Dynamic team

Hey guys, i'm looking for a dynamic team, preferably filled with people that main the role they'll be playing.

I was gold 4 last season, and this season i was places silver 2 after going 9-1 in placements, and i'd like to get a team to get to plat or higher.

Things you should know about me -

I'm 18 I'm on Pacific Standard Time I have skype, and would prefer to use voice comms of some sort during the team I've played mid since s3

I'm on pretty often, periodically throughout the day on weekends, and around 7-10 PST on weekdays.
