D3 (currently D5) support main looking for a duo partner

So as anyone between D5-D3 would know. 70% of your games will have boosted kids on it, 20% will be master/challenger smurfs, and 10% will be people stuck in the elo of hell. Riots new dynamic queue has screwed those of us who play solo. Because of this I can't solo carry games seeing as how snowball they are. I'm looking for 1-2 people to queue with that are level headed and diamond quality players. Seeing as in 90% of my losses they are uncontrollable (top feeds or mid feeds because they shouldn't be in the elo they are in), having 1-2 people that SHOULD be in the elo might help actually win a game. My stats are on op.gg if needed. 3-5 kda on most supports. I've been role swapping but it doesn't seem to change much. Have dropped from d3 to d5 doing the same thing that got me to d3 in the first place. I hope someone from riot reads this and does some analysis into matchmaking (although it appears riot does not give a f***.)

Sorry for the rant, just getting out my mindset at the moment on current league of legends.
