Looking for players to form a ranked 3v3 team.

So I've had some pretty crappy luck looking for a 3v3 team and every time I think I find one, people give up or leave the team after one lose. How is that fun to anyone hahahaha? Who cares if your team loses at first, that makes it easier to improve! I really would like to find two other players who feel the same and want to put in time to build up team-synergy and develop a team play style. So comment below or add Sparty in game to talk to me about try-outs. Oh and I don't play 5v5 anymore, making me a bronze player since I can't find a dedicated 3v3 team. I don't care what rank you are or were. I care about how you play in game.
