Starting a Climbing/Serious Ranked Team

My friend is looking to expand her company Mad Entertainment Group into the Esports world and asked for me to lead with creating a couple of teams and to create a community of our own. We are looking for both Serious and Casual players that are looking for a group of people that they would like to grow and improve with.

Currently, we have a main team and are looking to improve with adding some more players to our roster. We currently have a Jungler, ADC, and a Support and are looking for someone able to play Mid and Top lane or, to be comfortable with both roles, and/or be willing to swap around with players and try different roles.

No Actual Requirement is needed to play on the ranked team. Just have an attitude to improve and be willing to set a day or two aside to play with your teammates. If you would like to play on the "main team" please have a way to communicate (Skype, Disscord, CV, etc.) We have players ranging from upper Silver to people that have played at a Upper Plat level but are willing to play with anyone at any ranking.

We are also looking at casual players too, we would like to make a serious team yes, but are also looking to create a community that will grow and help people meet friends, play at your own place, and once we grow large enough to also have Clan Competitions where you and your group of friends will play other teams within the clan for fun and with the possibilities of winning in-game prizes (still in the works, more then likely skins/champions) which we would like to Stream and to post to Youtube.
