Looking for 1 more for Ranked 3's

Not entirely hardcore, but it is still ranked. I'm plat 5 and my friend is Gold 5. Elo really isnt't an issure since Ranked 3's is a different meta from Summoner's Rift, just don't want anyone that's heavily Bronze 5
