League of Legends Player Development Program launch Hosted by Desperado ESports.
**Objective: Take a number of league of legends players ranging from unranked - master/challenger, provide coaches, analysts, private tutors along with other resources through multi-media, seminars along with drills in a comprehensive accelerated program in order to improve their skills in a short amount of time. **
The program is made for accelerated and progressive training designed by a master/diamond level coaches through an organized method. The system is developed into three staged for success: Please NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY ACCEPTING GOLD AND BELOW PLAYERS FOR THE FIRST TWO WEEKS. ONCE OUR PROGRAM IS LAUNCHED, WE WILL ACCEPT ALL ELO PLAYERS.

TLDR; Develop a game plan / player introduction - Assessment: Reviews, discussions, interviews pointing out specific development goals. We will speak to each player entering our program about what he/she is attempting to achieve, and through a realistic a measure, we will send you into our development tree. We will determain which path suits you best and begin a development plan. ** TLDR; Execute the plan **
Development: This is the back bone of the program, after understanding what you as a player want to achieve along with a constructed game plan written out, we will begin to progressively tackle each and every aspect of your game play through recordings, coaching, seminars, along with other media resources provided by the premium coaches. We will use methods such as isolation training, 5v5 practice, Mechanics training, ETC. You will tell us what times you are free along with the days and we will then build your own personalized schedule. ** TLDR; Evaluate and see the progress -** Evaluation: After the development phase the players will be put into a testing environment along with a higher level player through DUOQ to raise the overall MMR of the team and will then begin to showcase their ability. The coaches will be on smurfs and will be assisting the you through the game. Player evaluation and skill testing can also be used as a scouting ground for a few of our upcoming teams. E.G: Bronze 5 - Silver 1 Smurf Silver V - Gold 1 Smurf Gold V - Plat 1 Smurf Plat 1 - Dia 3 Smurf

FAQS: Is this free? - Yes, it is free of charge of the first 15 players that sign up - we are currently in beta testing this program and thus it is subjected to change. We hope to launch the full program a month into Season 8. Once our program is fully launched, we will accept everyone. (no 15 person cap) - For further information, you may visit our discord.
What kind of content are you providing? - We provide high level content straight from Master/Diamond and Platinum players. More information on one of our coaches can be linked through the You-Tube Channel provided. We will be providing the first 15 players with NON-PREMIUM Information, for the first two weeks while under development. Non-Premium information is less in-depth information and is used for program functionality purposes.
**What elo are your coaches? - **We have multiple coaches above platinum III along with specially trained coaches. Our more experienced coach is able to coach up to challenger. - For more information on him specifically, please refer to the youtube channel provided as a show case.
What if I don't achieve my desired ranking? - We can provide you resources along with coaches, however it is expected of players to follow the content. We cannot guarantee improvement due to the fact that it is on the player themselves to represent such.

**Can I volunteer as a coach? **- We are NOT hiring currently, volunteering can be discussed by contacting the CEO on our discord. In order to coach you must provide credentials / background information regarding your league history and have a rank of at least Platinum III. Lower ranking coaches may be accepted depending on circumstances. - If you have any major in: Psychology, Sports psychology, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Film, Accounting or Creative Writing, there may be a potential spot to volunteer with us.
