AD Main Looking for serious gold team

Hey Im a AD main looking for a gold team Im gold 5/3 on two accs And play all meta champs and want to join a team to get better. So i want to join a team gold or higher so i can improve. My strengths are Early game lane and late game teamfights my weakness is mid game rotations :D
