Fun and Challenging team!

I am creating a Ranked Team who would basically play for challenge and improvement.

Anyhow, the requirements to be eligible in this team are as follow: ** 1. Be skillful enough; 2. Willing for victories, not "just" fun; 3. No rage, No negative behaviors; 4. Speak fluent english (or french, like me)**

No need for skype or teamspeak, but could be great.
