P5 Adc/jung LFT or people that want to make one

I'm a competitive person and just want more cohesive games instead of people running around chasing kills for 40 mins. To be honest, I don't much care about ELO. Mostly what I'm looking for are people that play every day and are as dedicated as myself to improving and enjoy themselves along the way. If you can't handle criticism or jokes, don't bother. Also, if you are too impatient to watch replays don't bother. Please post below if you need an adc/jung or if you are wishing to make a new team.
