Looking for established team

I am looking for a good team. 1 that is established already. I main Jungle and Mid lane.

I have been playing for 3 years now. Season 3 I hit Platinum 3, stayed in Platinum. Season 4 I managed to climb all the way to Diamond 2. Never fell back to Platinum. Season 5 I stopped playing for 6 months, placed in gold, and managed too climb back too Platinum 1 but was unsuccessful getting back too Diamond. I have great map awareness, good shot caller. I'm a good coach and a great team player. I have the experience. Not many can say they've been under Platinum their 1st time playing.

Champions I can play, Jungle wise, Elise, Evelynn, Rek'sai, I can play others. Those are my main 3. Mid laners, I'm very good with LeBlanc, have played her since season 3. Can play others like Lux, Ahri, and Annie well.
