New Duo Looking for 5v5 team

My friend and I are really into getting into ranked matches. We have a lot to learn and have been playing everyday for the past month or so. We are looking for other new players or veteran players that are willing to work with us and help our knowledge grow. We have 2-3 friends who play with us, but their dedication is lacking. We ourselves are dedicated to playing everyday and are continuously getting better everyday. We're tired of having to rely on randoms, and honestly lose more often than win due to not being able to communicate. We play in the late afternoon to evening due to having full time jobs in the am. We are willing to learn any position, but right now we are most efficient in support/adc and mid lane. We have team speak.
