Serious ranked team. need adc

I am making a SERIOUS ranked team that will do tournaments eventually. I am in need of an ADC (rank doesnt matter to me), we aren't going to be lcs level obviously but i hope we can achieve a decent rank and win a few tournaments throughout our journey!! :D. My only requirements are that you are a serious player who can make practices, be patient (dont rush me to do rankeds), dont be rude to your teammates, be helpful, and all in all be someone we WANT to play with. do not comment i will not look at them just add me on league first come first serve.
