Faded Apparition - Serious Gold V+ Players for Ranked 5's - Top Wanted
Faded Apparition is looking for talented and dedicated players to join a team aiming for at least Platinum during Season 6.
In order to preserve an environment where we don't get tilted, we have a negativity tolerance policy. You will be suspended indefinitely or possibly replaced if you have a negative attitude more often than you are positive. This includes raging at/taunting the enemy and flaming your teammates. All players are expected to follow the summoners code during practice AND ranked play.
Player Applications:
We have a fairly lenient rank requirement (Solo Queue Gold V+), however we are only accepting players who are of 18 years of age or older.
Applicants will be expected to meet these requirements:
- Be at least Gold 5 at the time of application
- Be able to follow directions for the application process
- Present a positive outlook on the game, even during negative situations
- Have game knowledge of AT LEAST 95% champions in the game
- Have at least 3 mastered champions in the role(s) being applied for
- Have a patient mindset
- Be willing to learn about all of the changes in Season 6
- Be able to ward/teleport properly
- Be able to listen to the shotcaller(s) at any given time
- Have a decent quality microphone and willingness to use it*
- Be dedicated
If you are interested, make sure to read our ENTIRE POST and fill out this form. Please note that any one of these questions could make or break your chance on the team, take your time filling it out. I will be taking the players who look the best on paper for interviews and tryouts, so make yourself stand out!
Please do not send me a friend request, all requests sent to me WILL BE DECLINED. I will contact you first if you are being considered for the team. Applicants who add me will have their application denied for being unable to follow directions.
*We require communication through the use of a microphone. We get it, shy people exist. I can be shy with new people too, but we're a talkative bunch who love adding new people to the conversation. Please do not apply if you're going to sit silently in the call and make everyone uncomfortable.
F.A.Q. (More will be added when we receive more questions through the form)
- How often does Faded Apparition plan on playing/what's the schedule? Our goal is to play at least 3-4 days a week (the more often we play, the better), however it's something we'd like to conform to our team once every role is filled.
- Around what time of day would Faded Apparition practice? We will be practicing late at night (starting around 9 PM PST/11 PM CST/12 AM EST). Playing later in the night is already set in stone. If you can't make those times, please do not apply.
- Is Faded Apparition looking for a shotcaller? Yes, but if you are accepted do not expect to be made the shotcaller. The player with the best shotcalling ability will be the shotcaller.
- Do we _HAVE _ to use Skype as voice communication? Yes. It's something that most players have and it's convenient to contact each other with. We will most likely switch to Discord in the future, but if you do not include your Skype info in the form, your application will be automatically rejected.
- What are Faded Apparition's plans for the future? Are you wanting to go pro one day or just stick to ranked 5's and small tournaments? Like most teams, we do have the aspiration to go pro with Faded Apparition. But to do that, we would have to put in a lot of work and we would have a lot of catching up to do when looking at the pro scene. If we don't get the opportunity to try out for the LCS, playing in the ranked 5's ladder and tournaments would be our main focus.
- Will Faded Apparition be the team's permanent name? If enough players want to change it and can come with a new name themselves, no.
