LF Duos, flex, and to help coach anyone that needs it. I am D5

As the title says, I need the following

1. Duos in Diamond
2. Flex groups, I am only Gold 5 in flex, so i'll play with anyone wanting to have fun.
3. If any lower elo players need a coach to help them improve their game knowledge and climb ranks then add me as well. ( Coaching, not boosting!)
