Most tournaments from communities and what not do not have age restrictions mainly because the prizes aren't cash and are just provided by riot games. However some more serious higher elo tournaments do have age restrictions but those are also more serious prizes and what not. But if you are looking for RP / Triumphant Ryze type of prizes the majority of the time there is not an age restriction.
